Hiking Teruna
Dara Waterfall Balik Pulau Penang. The entrance is behind Sekolah Menengah
Sungai Rusa (Coordinates: 5.384043,
100.214708). Just look for the school on your right along Jalan Sungai Rusa, turn in
the road beside the school and look for a small sign on a tree and go further
deep in until you see the starting point (please refer to video). The hike
takes about 20mins to reach at waterfall. Actually, the waterfall is on a privately
owned orchard and the owner is maintained it very well. The waterfall is small with
a little pool for a cooling dip in at the base. The water is cool, clean and
fresh from the mountain and it flow generously.
