The hill, Esen Hill and Pantai Esen (Esen Beach), Permatang Damar Laut, Penang or better known as Sea View Park by the locals, offers hikers a 3.5km trail amidst lush greenery.
Those hiking up the hill can take a break at midpoint where there is a pavilion overlooking the scenic beach. The place is also an ideal spot to witness the sunset.
On top of the hill sits the century-old Tua Pek Kong temple built by the Chinese residents, which was last renovated in 1964. Quiet and sea waves lapping sound will sooth the soul. Come and explore the south western tip of Penang.
The blogger is exploring the unknown exciting places by hiking, trekking, camping, travelling and etcetera. The places visited are documented by video and will upload to share. I will upload more exciting and wonderful videos.
